Protocol ERROR 535.5.7.3

I returned from vacation last week and have not been able to send email from Goldmine.

When I try to do this, I receive an error:

A protocol ERROR occurred in logging in or retrieving messages:
535.5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful

I am able to bring emails in from Outlook and I checked my preferences but haven't been successful.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
