Hi all,
Has anyone ever connected Proteus Call Management to the BCM.
We have allocated port 5030 for use with the Proteus but not seeing anything. CTI say it is the BCM, but I need to know if anything else has to be set up. We have setup an account in User Manager for Proteus.
Any ideas, pointers?
