Protection Pilot and VScan 8

Hi,
I am using Protection Pilot and am successfully updating workstations to VScan 8 and latest dats etc. Every time I start it up, I now get the message:

Error downloading policy translation file VIRUSSCAN8000

When I check the policies, version 7.1 is listed but not 8.0. Also, under the Protection Pilot\Data directory, there is no .tpl file under the Version 8 folder.
I have tried re-adding version 8 into the repository but this didn't do anything. Is there any way that I can re-create the policy ?
