Our firm has been having problems with getting HP 4350 drivers to work. We set up the printers on a 2003 server as network printers. Our desktops are running XP SP2. It seems that when we use the PS and PCL5e drivers and try to access Printing Properties we get the following error:

Function Address 0x363a5aa caused a Protection Fault. Some or all property pages may not be displayed.

The address listed is not always the same but the message is. We have tried 4300 drivers with the same result. We can make it work with HP 4100 drivers, but we loose some of the 4350's functionality. Any help would be appriciated.

I'm having the same error at our site as well, but with different models of printers. We're having problems with an LJ3800 and LJ4250. Both are network printers on a Server 2k3 box. Both printers have been here for probably 6mos to a year with no issue. Then starting a week ago, this error appears.

I did try the Universal drivers and they did work. But I wanted the 4350 drivers, so after installing the universal drivers I installed the latest 4350 drivers and now it works fine. My guess is that there was something corrupt and the universal driver fixed it.
