protection fault error accessing printer properties

hi there - we're running Citrix Meta XP on Windows 2000 servers and we've just installed a new HP 4350 printer onto the network.

All citrix users don't have a problem accessing this printer but one user when she tries to go to the properties (to select a tray) gets an error "function address 0x4f4fef3f caused a protection fault, some pages may not display" - it then bombs her out of the printing.

Hoping someone can point me in the direction of a fix for this, or where the problem might be.
