protection fault accessing printer properties

Hi all,

we've just installed an HP 4350 and was working fine, but we have one user who when she tries to access the printer properties she gets a ""function address 0x4f4fef3f caused a protection fault" error.

We've changed the printer drivers from PS to PCL, but doesn't seem to change anything - error still occurs.

Was wondering whether anyone else came across something like this and whether there was any resolution that could help?
