Protecting worksheet in Excel

Can someone please tell me how to protect an excel spreadsheet to allow for users with the appropriate password to access the file for updates but to prevent them from making changes to the structure of the spreadsheet.

When you are viewing a particular Worksheet, from the Menu Bar, select Tools > Protection > Protect Sheet.

You can then specify certain privileges the user can have while the sheet is protected.
