I am having a Self-Decrypting Text file containing critical information, which is stored on the internet. If I extract this file on any other computer to view the information, the file will come on the hard disk. Even if I delete this file, anyone can recover it.
The problem is that I won't find File-Wipe utility on the other computer.
How to protect?

Take a look at Eraser.

You may be able to write your own viewer, which includes the Eraser DLL, so that when you close the viewer window, it will run the eraser code to wipe the disk clean behind you.

You can load the DLL as an assembly, so that it will operate completely out of memory. You can wipe the disk file, and should be able to exit normally, without errors. Just hope that the computer that you are viewing this file on doesn't have to swap.
