Protected Storage Message When Loading Web Pages

Every time a webpage is loaded on a PC I receive a 'Protected Storage' message prompting for my Windows password. How can I get rid of this please?

Well I thought I'd done it by switching off all Autocomplete options and clearing forms and passwords - but it seemed to happen again when the user logged on the next day.
More investigation required me thinks...(sigh)
