I am hoping to somehow allow only users belonging to a particular group (i.e. group called GURUS) to access a confidential web page. Is there a way to prompt a user for userID and password and have AD allow access if the user belongs to the GURUS group?

Thank you.

You'll need to enabled Windows Authentication and remove Anonymous access. Then use NTFS permissions to grant read access to the user group you wish.

Cheers,

Steve.
