Bin the cs1000 they are unstable and having tried to integrate with them for the last 6 months unfriendly to use and Avaya really dont seem to have the inclination or resources to support them effectivly in EMEA, The IPO on the other hand is stable easy to install and manage (if done by a trained tech) and the features and benefits will far outweigh anything the CS100 will offer you regardless of the headache with things like 40 new patches released each month!!

Consider changing all the phones... You probably have 11xx series, which are "supported"... You will make them ring but that is it... If they have 2000 they wont work/supported
