Pro's Con's of Redundant 5520's

Need to set up a backup 5520, we have one working and would like to have a backup if this one fails. Would like to hear the Pro's & Con's on how to set this up. Thanks

It is really easy. Configure a failover interface and the failover parameters and connect it to the network and the configuration will replicate.

Only con I can think of is that some ipv6 features don't work in a failover pair right now but I bet Cisco will fix that soon.
