I am trying to split an Access database and it tells me I need to install proplus.msi. However, when I try to install it, it tells me it is already installed. It does not show up in the list of installed programs.

Can anyone tell me what is going on here? Does this have to be installed from a service point like service packs? If so, can someone point me to the instructions? TIA.

Is you software on your machine installed from an "image"?

If so, the msi that it is looking for is on the source (be it a netowrk drive or cd).
