Property Sheet Tab Key ordering

Ive spent alot of time over the last week attempting to fix the tab ordering on my property sheets.

Each property sheet contains a dialog box. If focus is set to a control inside the dialog box and I press the tab key the focus advances to the next control as it should. However, if focus is set to the property page's tab and the tab key is pressed the focus advances to the OK button. I would like the focus to advance to the first control within the dialog box.
