Property Sheet in Access form view

How can I keep the property sheet open in design view-and not have it appear in form view. Access 97 did not have a problem with this.

Not entirely sure what your problem is here but if you keep getting the form's property sheet appear at run-time take a look at the form's "Allow Design Changes" property (under 'Other')
