What I would like to achieve is a upload facility for rightmove, primelocation and my own website. Can anyone point me in the right direction please. I do not want to send all the files again and again and would like to have the txt file change accordingly for where it needs to be sent.

I think you might need to provide more info.

What do you mean by "an upload facility", "the txt file" and "change accordingly for where it needs to be sent"

I'm guessing, but do you mean that:

You have a text file, (presumably XML?) of property details which you upload regularly to Rightmove and Primelocation (and your own website). Some of the details in this file need to be changed depending on where the file is sent.

You are seeking to build some automated system that generates the file in the correct manner for each of the other sites.

What is the file format currently?
What needs to change?
How is the file currently generated?
What server technology do you have available?

What is the file format currently? txt file generated by access

What needs to change? image names and field names

How is the file currently generated? via access

What server technology do you have available? My PHP 2.5

Even though you are uploading to a website I think this question would be better asked in forum181

You are more likely to get a helpful answer in there since this is essentially an MS Access question.
