Property Bags

First thanks to who ever game me the code for property bags(strongm?). Now i am working on a side project for a friend.
It involes taking whole files and putting them into one file.

So this code is ideal.
There is a .key file which (not reg just named .key) in which I want to put in there so.

i did open the file as binary for input as #2 right...
then i wrote the propert bag "Key File",2,"Error" right...

All would seem well but that doesn't work.
