I been configuring the following for years, but I'm curious if the way I have been doing things is best practice:

I currently have:

CDN DN 72100 DFDN of 2100 (acquired)
ACD DN 2100 (programmed on sets)

CDN is recognized in master and executes subapp.

CC Agents config'd each with PHTM DN and ACD DN.

Is this the recommended config?

Are there any gotcha's in the config of ACD & CDN DNs that I should be aware of besides HOML?

MAXP in the ACD config is always a good one to forget. It doesn't (I think) make any difference when CC6 is running, but when it isn't, if MAXP is not big enough, then some agents will not be able to take calls.
