Hi, I would like to give a user permission to access and work with a mailbox which is used by multiple people. Unfortunately in the past access was granted on a per user basis. Lots of Folders were added to the mailbox and populated with mails. I now need to add a user to this mail box and give them permissions to all it's subfolders. Is there a command I can run on the mailbox to give the users account permissions to the entire mailbox?

Just put their NT logon into the Permissions tab of the mailbox (with a role of User), and they will be able to open the mailbox.
