prompts plays meanwhile phone ringing on VM pro

hi,
tryn every way to route incoming calls and when the phone is ringing the caller hears a message of welcome
with VMpro.
it seems impossible ,because the only thing i can do seems hear a message and the transfer the call
please help me !!!!

Detail down the steps of how you have programmed the ipoffice to route a call to vmpro and how you want the call routing to work

a)routed a call to a group composed by one extension disabled and forwarded to itself(also the ones to the group)
in the list of overflow there is the real destination of the call
in vm pro ,created a group with queque (inside the message i want to be played)

B)tried only using VMPRO using assisted transfer tied to a GO TO ,directed to a grup queque and postion of queque.

c) tried with different transfers n,generic ,blind transfers ...
