Prompts on Merlin messaging

Is there any way to change the prompts on Merlin messaging to make them more like other voice mail systems. Such as "press 7" to delete "press 9" to save etc.
The voicemail system is also a bit strange compared to other voicemail systems.

You are talking about a programming change in the switches operating system. I don't think that is possible.

Yes it is a goofy menu system.
