Prompts in pass-through expressions (7i)

is there a way to include a Prompt in a pass-through expression? NOT an OBJECT/EXPRESSION PROMPT, but an ELEMENT PROMPT or Filter.

I would like to filter on the Maximum MONTH selected by an end user.
