Prompt when closing window

Hello all,

When a user is closing the browser, is there a way to pop up a box that will ask them if they really want to do that, and if they choose no, don't close the browser?
I know that there is the onunload event, but I think that it will continue to close anyway.
Any ideas?

You can use this (in IE4+):
