Prompt User to Select Field to Sort By

I have a LOT of project reports to list on a form for people to view. To cut down on the number of reports I list, I'd like to do the following:

When a user selects a report such as:

Sawgrass Expressway Acquisitions

They will be prompted to select the field the report will be sorted by - either by Owner Name or Parcel Number.

Is this possible to do?
