We are using announcement service on Mer Mail, and when you dial into the prompt maintenance to change the greeting, it also prompts you to change the password. Is there a way to either eliminate the canned greeting to change the password OR is there a "second level" type of password somewhere

it does give you an option to change the greeting, 8-4 and that is nortel 's lady in the box, can't by pass it, but you can overide any password change from the screen..with the update password field
