Prompt for the first 5 digits of a 12 digit lot code

Hello,
I'm using CRXIr2. Our lot codes are 12 digits long, the first 5 digits are the YYJJJ (151660108111). I need to setup a prompt that only requires the end user to type the first 5 characters, how can I do this?

It was easier then I thought it would be, I just created a parameter field and in the selection criteria I said "starts with"
