Prompt for Printing

Does anyone know of a way to have a username and password prompt appear when trying to print from Internet Explorer 6? I have a program that is going to allow customers to print what they see on the screen but I only want a Manager to be able to print. In other words I don't want the customer to be able to print but how can I do this if the pc is already logged in with access to print?
