Prompt for Attachment from ASP/WEB page 1

I created a ASP page that our users could fill in to ask for a quote on a system.

I want to add a button to allow them to send us a picture or any file to elaborate the product or item.

One way would be create an e-mail and tell them to add the attachment that way.... But I would like a cleaner method.

Here's one for free. I haven't used it, but it looks fairly solid.

There's also
