I want to be able to have a folder prompt me to ask if I want to login as an admin.
If I have a computer in workgroup and I access a folder on an active directory server then it ask me to login to the domain.
But if I am already on domain AD user and logged into the domain then it doesn't prompt me. It knows that I don't have administrator rights and it doesn't prompt me to use another login with admin rights.

Let me know if you understand.

thats the wanted behaviour, u set the rights and permission once and you dont bother anymore
afik thats not possible, but i learn everyday something new, who knows.....

Stop logging into workstations as a domain admin is perhaps your best route.

There are tools out there to help you get around the restrictions if need be (PStools from Sys Internals, runas.exe, etc).

Using your domain admin account for anything but administrative purposes is generally ill advised.
