Prompt BFTN

On my set is a Prompt which is after RCO and above HUNT
and it looks like this:
BFTN 020 1 06 00

Does any one have any idea what this prompt does? I cannot find any BFTN prompt in the input output guides. Any help is much appreciated

that is the TN that is set to Busy Forward Status on your phone

Basically, the BFTN is a phone that has a "BFS" key for your set on their phone. This allows them to see the status of your phone. Unfortunately, it also allows them to forward your calls to their extension by simply pressing the button when their phone is idle.

There's a patch on the MPL that removes the forwarding feature of a BFS key. Been out for years.

Also, your vendor can have it installed. Its patch #: MPLR-05683.
