Prompt Before Moving a Folder

Is there any way to prompt a user when they move a folder? Some of my users accidentally drag and drop folders on my network share and I have to search for the missing folder. I've tried NTFS permission modifications but it did not work. The users need to create files and folders in other folders on the share. I also want them to be able to delete their own files and subfolders. I got the permissions to deny rename, delete, and to move. But since the user has rights to create folders and files in the destination folder, all of the data gets moved, and the folder stays but it's empty. Then I would have to search the destination folder and pick through all the data to find the user's data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
