I am using a Workcentre 7755. When I am printing a large job and someone has a rush copy or print to make, I know I can interrupt printing but can I promote the new job without losing the big one?
Job Status and highlight job, and select delete. If the job remains select Machine status/print report/ Activity/Jobstatus/ Error history report and then as mentioned above call the Xerox Welcome centre (800-821-2797)and they will walk you through clearing the job from the queue.
