After about 5 minutes of playing a game, the game begins to slow down and won't come back to the normal speed. I have got the latest drivers. I sent a e-mail to evga.com and they said it could possibly be an IRQ problem. The video card has an IRQ of 11 and my USB Universal Host Controller also has an IRQ 11. I'm running Windows Xp, Intel Pentium III, and 192 mb of ram. Any help is appreciated.

Could just be a lack of system memory.
192mb is not much when running XP, I bet your system is showing less than 50mb of available memory, so is writing to hard disk once this is used (hence the slow up)
