Prologix R10 calls dropping

I have found this thread690-1342681 and it is very similiar to a problem I am having, but it never got responded to. Has Dimpoo solved his problem.
With the site I am working on, Prologix release 10, a call goes through the vector waits in que then will drop. the condition is very hard to duplicate, but does happen the way I know it is happening is through a list trace tac.
I can follow then call through it's vector steps but then as soon as it goes to an agent I will see an "active station"message then immediately followed by a "idle station" message.
