Proliant ML570 pwr module failures & shutdown

My ML570 comes up with the warnings;
"A processor power module has failed (slot 9, socket 2/3). the system will continue to operate"
and immediately thereafter,
"The Compaq system manager driver has detected that the processor power sub-system is no longer redundant".

From one to 5 hours later, the screen will go black and the server will stop responding. I have to flip the power off then on to get it going again.
I have taken the cards out and and blown all the dust out of it but it has "shutdown" once since then.
Any ideas what my problem may be? I getting tired of running to work at 3 in the morning.

if it's less than 3 year old
phone compaq and this nice man in a van will come and swap the part out
