Hello,
i like to install Suse 9.0 on a 5500 with smart SCSI Array. With smartstart 5.5 i have partitioning the Drives and can check all the system enviroment. It looks ok. Also i can boot from the Suse CD´s and can complete install Linux on the Raid. But on reboot it cant find the SCSI Devices.

Is there one more step with the smartstart software
to ? integrate, mount, initialize ? the drives for the "BIOS" ?

At systemboot the drive are not responding. The SCSI Raid Controller tells me "finding 4 Logical Volumes" but in next line he says "No SCSI Divices found"

Can anyone tell me, how can i bring the drives online.

Best Regards and thanks for Help from munich bavaria
