proliant 5500 general interlock fault

My proliant 5500 refused to boot this evening, after performing perfect yesterday.On the MB the leds for General Interlock Fault,Processor 1, Processor2, and Peripheral Board are lit up.
I`v got 2 xeon 500`s and I tried to swith them around but with the same result.
Please help me, Idont think it`s supposed to die like this,right?
 
Try one processor at a time. Also ensure that all components (eg. processors, memory/memory board, peripheral board) are all seated correctly.
