I have a Proliant 3000/ 333 with a 2/P controller and have 8 4.3 gig drives in the array cage. I have green lights on all of the drives, except the one in the upper left corner. I cannot see the drive when setting up the raid array. When i move the drive to any other spot it turns green and whichever one i move there goes yellow. I have blown compressed air and checked visually and cannot see any problems with the cage. I would appreciate any help with matter.

I would suggest that the slot is faulty and you probably need a replacement disk cage backplane. Contact your supplier/warranty people. -----------------------------------------------------
