Hello,
I am still trying to get an older Proliant 1600 to post. I have changed the processors and RAM, but still nothing. The LED's on the drives flash showing power, I can't hear them spinning. The LED on the CD-ROM flashes like it wants to read the CD but then it quits, and then tries again. I never get a beep, monitor, or anything. I could use any advice. Thanks.

Rob

I have recently had a similar problem and it ended up being the processor. Have you tried a different processor. Also try disonnecting your CD Drive.
