Proliant 1500 & Win2k Adv server

I have 2 servers (proliant/1500 p166/256 Mb Ram)configured as:
*-Windows 2000 Adv server
*-Active Directory
*-Dns
*-Dhcp
*-Wins
My question is: can they support 250 users login?
