Hi,
I am having problems syncing my palmVx with my win2k machine. I am getting a Palm device and pc are not communcating error on palm screen when trying to sync.
1. I have checked my com1 port under the device manager and it is fine.
2. I uninstalled the com1 port under the device manager already.
3. I made sure the sync manager was configured properly working with my serial com1 port with the same speed as I have on my device manager under com ports.
4. I have reinstalled the palm desktop software on my pc.
It was syncing fine till recently. What can it be? Does someone have a detailed description of what could of happened with windows. Does widows have something to do with this? Please explain?
