Projector

Hi Guys,
I need to purchase a new projector and have been given a budget of up to £4,000 (I'm in England). This will be used with both desktops and laptops for internal presentations. It doesn't need to be taken out of our offices. It will be projecting on to a standard white screen.
Can someone please let me know what aspects of the spec. I need to consider when shopping around for the best model.
