Projector Problems - Urgent!

Can anyone assist with a peculiar problem? I originally created a movie in Director 8. Subsequently, I updated to Director 8.5.1 and have added substantial content to the original movie. For some unknown reason, when I run the projector, it always crashes when it hits one of the older areas. I've updated the movie file (which, by the way, runs flawlessly in Director) and am at a loss.
