Hi guys,
This may be a stupid question, though encountered a rather anoying problem, while attempting to integrate Project Server 2002 and sharepoint services 2003, I have entered the appropriate URL strings into the "Connect to SharePoint server" under project admin online interface. (ie. and for both the admin URL and the create site URL though after clicking "save changes" the following error is fired:
"The specified windows account must be a valid user on the specified sharepoint server computer. Furthermore the Windows account must be in the sharepoint Central administrators group" blah blah!!
The account that has been configured as part of the sharepoint Central administrators group is the same as the group configured under local administrators group on the project\sharepoint server and also the account used for the COM+ application for the portal site.
Both Project 2002 and Sharepoint Services 2003 are installed on a single MS Server 2003.
Any help in this dilemma would be greatly appreciated.
