Project Server Email Notification & WgSetup

Project Server has the capability to send email reminders. Using Project Web Access - Admin - Customise Microsoft Project Web Access - Notifications and Reminders, you can set the location of the smtp mail server and so on.

Is this all that is required to get Project Server to send emails, or do the intended recepients still require to run the WGSetup program?

I cannot get it to work, is there something else you have to setup on the server perhaps.

Any contributions welcome?

I just answered my own question. MS Project Server does not requires WGSetup - it uses any smtp server to route emails.
