Project Server - Customising notification messages

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to customise the email notifications that Project Server sends. We want to include additional task related information pulled from the sql based project plan data.

Hi BillyBudd,

In order to customise e-mail notification, login as administrator via PWA. Choose Admin --> Customise Microsoft Project Web Access --> Notifications and Reminder.

Under default message, enter whatever you wish.
For your case, i would suggest another forum to you.

Thanks for your reply. Your are correct - we can amend the static text on the messages through admin. But how do we edit the dynamic info which appears on the messages, e.g.

Task Name: Client Data Acquisition Meetings (FDS)
Start: 1/30/03 Finish: 1/30/03 Work: 8h Rem Work: 8h

Task Name: Supply New Project Specification to ADS (FDS)
Start: 1/31/03 Finish: 2/6/03 Work: 40h Rem Work: 0h

We want to add an additional fields.
