OK, I need your guys input. I am kinda stuck here and don't know what to do and thought you would have some good input for me.
I work part time freelancing for another , small, tech company. Basically the owner/sole employee of the company goes out and gets web development jobs for me to do.
We currently have a client for whom I am building an ASP/Access project for and have a few questions.
Is there a way I can protect the web application from being copied and sold elsewhere? I am concerned about the client and/or the small tech company I work for stealing the application and selling it themsleves.
Without going into details I have recently had a falling out with the client and the company and I feel I can no longer trust either of them.
I need to protect the application while still allowing the client's in house developer modify to files so they can make changes if nescessary.
Any ideas?
