Project Prioritization

We're talking project prioritization and portfolio management here...does anyone have specific criteria and weightings their organization uses to prioritize IT projects? I'm looking for examples of specific wording, especially.
Yes, each organization will prioritize differently, based on business strategies and other factors...I'm just looking for some specific examples.
