Help!!

I've just recently borrowed a book on Fujitsu Cobol from my local library.

The CD comes with version 4 of Fujitsu cobol.
I've produced a project and now want to link the objects together.

Acording to the book, I need to run "Project Manager" which comes as part of the cobol suite, however when I open a project up, it looks for .PRJ type extenstions but the Power Cobol saves them as .PPJ type extensions.

Do I need a later version of the Project Manager, if so where can I download a copy, or is there another way of linking the objects without using Project Manager.

Thanks in advance,

Shaun

Hello Shaun

The application you are using is little bit different to use in Powercobol.
You probably are using Programming Staff to produce your application. Powercobol save the project with a .ppj extension. You can call the dll or exe application generated with P.Staff from Powercobol.
Remember that Powercobol is only to create a GUI project and P.Staff can call GUI Project ( or viceversa)
