Project management/quality control software required

I and some colleagues have a requirement to facility manage an application incorporating over 700 VB projects. The projects have not been version controlled correctly so that some program calls fail.

We are seeking project management/quality control and code checking products to help us remedy the situation.

Does anyone know of any proven software to accomplish this type of thing?
